Welcome to Your Yoga.

 

In 15 years of teaching, my attitude to Yoga has changed.

As a student I used to think I had to push to achieve every posture. Now I have learnt it is important to challenge ourselves, 

but to let go of competing, and comparing.

I have learnt that the natural alignment and functioning of your spine and joints is more important than putting your feet behind your head.

 

The purpose of my teaching now is to help you explore the limits of your capability, but with a reasonable idea of what each human body is designed to do.

Yoga is an exceptional resource for body and soul. I hope I can help you make it right for you, so you can reach your potential, with a stronger body, but a lighter heart.
