Why do I need Yoga/massage?

Do you feel that you are too busy to make time for yourself? Sometimes we let that busy-ness prevail until we are overly stressed, anxious, in pain or run down. Many now see the benefits of techniques of prevention and help that have been practised for thousands of years. Too often it takes a crisis for us to seek help. But you don't have to wait until a crisis occurs. Practising yoga and receiving massage can give you an opportunity to learn to care for yourself and utilize resources you already have.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE

incorporates acupressure, stretches and

muscle massage, to enhance wellbeing,

and to deliver a host of benefits on every

level: physical, mental and emotional.

Thai Yoga massage, created as a spiritual practice, is also a meditative offering of loving-kindness (Metta). This ancient healing art is also known as Thai massage or yoga massage. It is rooted in yoga philosophy and practice.

Performed on a floor mat, no oils or creams are used. Comfortable clothing is worn to allow movement. The practitioner uses her fingers, hands and feet to bring the body a host of techniques for healing.
